For the best service possible, please read the following carefully.

Appointments:

Appointments need to be booked during regular business hours which are:

Mon - Fri 10:00 am - 5:00 pm,

Sat 10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Fit for a Queen endeavors to be punctual. In the case of a client being more than 15 mins late without prior notification, this will be considered as a cancellation and charges will then apply.

Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments 

Fittings:

Removal of all make-up during fittings is advised as Fit for a Queen cannot take responsibility for any damage or staining that occurs as a consequence.

Payment:

Services are payable by cash or check or via direct debit to the 'Fit for a Queen' business account.

Made-to-Measure services require a 50% non refundable deposit in advance and a final payment on receipt of garments and invoice.

For Alterations services, full payment is payable on completion of service.

Lead Time:

Lead time starts from the date of receiving 50% deposit, normally 4-6 weeks. Acceptance of urgent work is at the discretion of 'Fit for a Queen', and will attract a premium charge.

If you have any questions or concerns throughout the process, please contact Maggi at 'Fit for a Queen' so that they can be addressed as soon as possible.

Returns and Refunds:

'Fit for a Queen' cannot accept return and refunds on any garment made-to-measure to customer's specifications, if they are not subject to failure to comply with the agreement.
